Well, Microsoft decided to publish a set of rules that it's ordering Machinima creators to obey. We've gotten a few questions recently asking our stance, and what we'll be doing with videos that potentially violate the rules.

Here's our take - they're your videos. Do what you want. I won't lose any sleep by allowing the videos to published, and I would much rather H3P deal with MS legal than slowly die out because no one watches machinima anymore.
